1. General Refund Terms

  • Advertisers: You pay only for qualified calls (minimum 60+ seconds or resulting in a booking).
  • Publishers: Commissions are final once calls are verified and paid.
  • No refunds for:
    >Campaign setup fees (if applicable).
    >Calls deemed valid per our tracking system.

2. Call Disputes & Invalid Leads

If you believe a call was fraudulent or misclassified:

  1. Submit a dispute within 7 days of call receipt via [email protected].
  2. Provide:
    >Call tracking number
    >Timestamp
    >Reason for dispute (e.g., wrong niche, under 60 seconds)
  3. We’ll investigate and issue credits for invalid calls within 14 days.

Note: Disputed calls must show clear evidence of fraud or non-compliance.

3. Publisher Refunds

  • Chargebacks: If fraud is detected (e.g., fake calls), we may reverse payouts.
  • Offensive content: Accounts promoting misleading travel offers forfeit earnings.

4. Payment Methods & Processing

  • Refunds/credits are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days (varies by provider).

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update terms. Continued use of our pay-per-call services constitutes acceptance.
